Introduction
The internet is 24/7, so is the Sofia platform. Daily, there are many courses that can be followed on Sofia that transforms the life of our students. Because the instructors are passionate about teaching and put their utmost effort in their courses so that devoted students can learn enthusiastic.
Our commitment is to provide instructors that are knowledgeable experts with daily experience that can add value to the students.
We want students and instructors to succeed, because your success is our success. That is why we want to keep the Sofia platform a safe and engaging learning place for students and where the instructors can shine their passion of sharing knowledge.
It is in this light that we all, instructors, students, and the Sofia team have to live the values so we can keep our environment safe where anyone can truly learn anything online, while having a GR8 time doing it.
1. The Sofia Community
Students – Our students join Sofia to have an engaging learning experience where they have access to a huge variety of topics from experts who practice these skills on a daily basis.
Instructors – Our instructors are passionate and devoted people who love to share their knowledge and experience to impact students around the world. They join Sofia because the tools, platform and coaching possibilities enables them to realize high quality courses.
Sofia Team – We are committed to make Sofia the place to be to gain knowledge and wisdom for students in a pleasant way. And we want to be the best provider for instructors to share their knowledge and experience. We are open for constructive feedback that contributes to achieve this.
2. Sofia House-Rules
2.1 Don't spam
As an instructor on the Sofia platform do not try to sell other products then courses or spam each other with requests and offers.
2.2 Fair play
- For instructors: Do not perform actions that drift Sofia students away, nor stimulate division between students, instructors and the Sofia Team. Instead let’s make the whole Sofia Community a Win-Win for students, instructors and the Sofia Team by staying focus in teaching devoted students.
- For students: Show respect to the instructor and do not ask for free coupons or offer reviews in exchange for things. Instead, provide honest feedback about the course or instructor. Contribute to keep the communication and interaction between students and instructors healthy.
2.3 Stay Professional
Our pool of instructors actively collaborate and communicate with each other. Through the course students and instructors have healthy and vibrant discussions. In this light, we urge all participants to be respectful, honest and transparent with each other in order to keep a healthy relationship among others. Never ask for personal information and do not post content that is not yours.
3. If you see something, share it with us
When you see or experience anything that looks like a violation or even if you are not sure about a policy, feel free to let us know by sending us an email at support@gotosofia.com with the subject line: “House rules” from the email address associated with your account. We will review your report, answer your questions, and determine whether there has been a violation of our policies. And of course we will keep your name confidential and safe.
We are happy to serve and our aim is that everybody in the Sofia community understands our policies in order to keep the environment safe, so we all can be successful.
