Video Editor Requirements:

• You understand marketing-based promo videos for FB and have experience and examples to show
• You will have the creative and the technical ability to deliver content quickly and a drive to innovate and push our content to new levels
• Video editing, including animation, text overlays, special effects and subtitling
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro
• Advanced skills in After Effects
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite

Video Editor Responsibilities:

• The Video Editor will handle incoming media for Instructors and for Sofia projects, ingesting raw footage, organizing media and building mutlicams in courses.
• Generates and applies on-screen text to ongoing edits, including: lower thirds, uppers, captions, bugs, titles and credits and other on-screen elements and animations. Checks closely for spellings and misspellings and other errors.
• Maintains contact with Instructors across various projects at one time.
• While the above work is ongoing, generates and exports via social media and marketing videos promoting Sofia and the courses.
• Also is responsible for making excerpt videos published as digital adjacencies to the main product.
• Other duties as assigned.

Graphic Designer Job Description:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and provide high-quality design solutions. You’ll be responsible for designing animations for courses and designing marketing assets, such as landing pages, email templates, infographics, etc. This role will work closely with both Instructor Support Team, Instructors and the Sofia teams.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design or at least 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Practical knowledge with the presentation, information, & product design.
• Strong experience using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with motion graphics design and After Effects. (Desire)
• Advanced English level.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and design visual assets for pitch decks with business development.
• Design infographics on survey results and quarterly reports.
• Create email templates for marketing campaigns & product launches.
• Design downloadable resources for Sofia.
• Assist with video production and asset creation.
• Own and update our illustration library used in marketing and in the product.
